Andrew C. Switlyk

Andrew Switlyk - Originally from New York, Andrew earned his bachelors of science from SUNY Albany and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and Masters in Business from Stetson University College of Law.  After law school Andrew worked as a Public Defender in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he represented thousands of criminal defendants.  Andrew entered pricate practice where he focuses on the areas of family law and bankruptcy. 

Andrew is licensed to practice in Florida as well as the U.S. Middle District of Florida.  

Andrew is active in the Sarasota County Bar Association as chair of the small and solo practice section, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Florida Bar Family Law Section, Family Court Professional Collaborative, and the American Bar Association.
